Carol M. Sepúlveda Soto, CPA, Esq.

Carol M. Sepúlveda Soto, CPA, Esq., is an Associate at Impetus Group. Mrs. Sepúlveda possesses a diverse background in Accounting, Government and Business Advisory Services, as well as a passion for assisting clients in Corporate, Business and Tax Law matters. She commenced her professional career as an Advisory Services Associate for an international accounting firm, assisting in preparing the central government’s financial statements at the Puerto Rico Treasury Department. Subsequently, she also served as a Federal and State Income Tax Specialist assisting individuals in tax-related matters.

Before joining our legal practice, Mrs. Sepúlveda worked as a Legal Consultant for the Central Government of Puerto Rico providing legal advice on administrative and regulatory affairs. Also, during her tenure in law school, she served as Judicial Law Clerk for the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals and as a Law Clerk for a local law firm focused on real estate and notary law.

Mrs. Sepúlveda obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, with a doble major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Puerto Rico in 2014, and a Juris Doctor Degree, Summa Cum Laude and first rank of her class, from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. Mrs. Sepúlveda was awarded as the highest GPA in the Civil and Criminal Law courses. During her tenure at Law School, Mrs. Sepúlveda participated in diverse internships for the Legal Aid Society, Civil Rights Commission and the Puerto Rico Court of First Instance.

Mrs. Sepúlveda is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and is also a Notary Public.
